Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop schematic and detailed BIM models, including identifying conflicts, incomplete, or ambiguous design information.
  • •Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors; create new library components.
  • •Assist with BIM guidelines, training project personnel in BIM tools, and compile contract BIM close-out documentation.
  • •Support planning and scheduling, cost report setup and forecasting, and issue change orders, notices, and revisions.
  • •Derive material quantities, maintain the BIM revision log, and support construction coordination and scheduling through contractor Q&A models.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to prepare BIM models and shop drawings timely and accurately.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • •Deep interest in learning new skills and knowledge, with positive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
