Key Responsibilities

•Partner with enterprise customers to understand business goals, operational challenges, and AI transformation priorities.
•Collaborate with sales teams across discovery, demonstrations, deployment, and adoption.
•Conduct technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and executive presentations.
•Design AI-powered solutions and translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solution architectures.
•Lead AI implementations end-to-end, including POCs/pilots, configuration and optimization, onboarding/testing/rollout, and troubleshooting adoption barriers.

•5+ years in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, AI consulting, enterprise software, or digital transformation in customer-facing roles.
•Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in complex technology environments.

•Experience leading discovery sessions, solution workshops, onboarding, and implementation projects.
•Hands-on experience delivering deployments, proof of concepts, pilots, and production rollouts.
