Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

Design and implement agent harness and post-training pipelines for agentic applications. Build evaluation benchmarks and metrics, develop RL environments and reward functions, and create reproducible training workflows from data ingestion through checkpointing and deployment. Profile and debug large multi-GPU training runs to improve performance, utilization, and numerical stability. Drive research-to-engineering execution while balancing rigor with production-quality implementations.
