Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP systems and associated databases in line with defined SLAs
  • •Manage and monitor the operating systems and technical infrastructure supporting all SAP environments
  • •Provide expert SAP Basis support and technical guidance to other SAP functional and technical teams
  • •Collaborate with IT Operations to implement controls for new technologies and ensure high availability and recoverability
  • •Plan and execute SAP transport management, patching, upgrades, and enhancement package deployments

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • •5+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience, including system upgrades and transport management
  • •2+ years of SAP HANA database administration, including tuning and performance optimization
  • •3+ years of experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server
  • •Strong Windows SAP environment experience; familiarity with Linux (SUSE) is a plus
