•Manage and triage operational support tickets.
•Investigate technical and infrastructure issues.
•Provide advanced desktop and endpoint support across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
•Support infrastructure administration and maintenance activities.
•Monitor alerts and carry out first-line remediation; assist with vulnerability remediation and patch management.

Key Requirements

•Experience providing second-line IT/DevOps support and triage of operational tickets.
•Troubleshooting infrastructure issues across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
•Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and monitoring/alerting tools.
•Ability to document processes, runbooks, and contribute to continuous improvement.
•Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
