Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the leasing team with day-to-day retail leasing activities and execution of leasing transactions.
  • •Assist with lease negotiations on rental rates, lease terms, incentives, fit-out periods, and commercial conditions.
  • •Coordinate tenant enquiries, property viewings, tenant onboarding, and pre-opening requirements until store opening.
  • •Monitor lease expiries, renewals, vacancies, and upcoming leasing opportunities; support lease renewals and tenant retention.
  • •Conduct market research on competing malls, rental rates, tenant movements, and retail trends; prepare leasing reports and management presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, mall management, or a related field.
  • •Experience in the Dubai/UAE retail market is highly desirable.
  • •Good understanding of retail leasing principles, tenant mix, rental structures, and commercial negotiations.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong communication and analytical skills.
