Lead and own the design and execution of material flow strategies to ensure seamless supplier-to-rocket material availability and industry-leading inventory performance. You will oversee a multi-level team across 24/7 operations, drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, and implement layouts, routing, and process improvements leveraging data analytics to scale production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a multi-level team of engineers, technicians, and supervisors across nearly 24 hours per day and seven days a week, driving performance and accountability.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Operations Engineering, Production Leadership, and Supply Chain teams to align cross-functional plans and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
•Mentor and model best practices, manage performance, and resolve conflicts to maintain high standards.
•Develop and implement factory/warehouse layouts for material flow and storage to optimize inventory density and lineside availability.
•Design and optimize processes for efficient material flow from receipt to lineside, using value stream mapping and data analytics to measure and improve KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree and 3+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience in aerospace or heavy manufacturing environments.
•2+ years of CAD experience (SolidWorks/NX/AutoCAD) for layout planning and equipment design.
•Working knowledge of AI tools (Grok, Claude) and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, SQL).
•APICS CPIM or CSCP certification/education is desirable.
•Experience with material handling, MES/MRP systems, and achieving inventory targets in a high-velocity environment.
