Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise Command Centre operational activities during a shift to support site security activities.
  • •Ensure security operations comply with legislation and Security policies, procedures, and applicable regulations while implementing security measures.
  • •Provide specialist advice and guidance to team members to ensure appropriate and policy-aligned responses.
  • •Evaluate, assess, and analyze security personnel performance; liaise with other Analysts on important information, trends, and incident context.
  • •Monitor CCTV coverage and access points and maintain 24-hour communication with sites, supervisors, and managers; compile incident records and statistics.

  • •Grade 12 Mathematics and Physical Science.
  • •Valid South African Drivers License.
  • •3–5 years of working experience within a Command Centre in law enforcement, emergency services, or private enterprise security operations.
  • •Experience within a mining environment.
  • •Private Security Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) as Grade "A or B" Security Practitioner.
