  • •Develop and execute regional third-party strategy aligned to customer and partner needs, guiding partners through adoption, testing, and implementation.
  • •Own and grow performance across a portfolio of payment product partnerships, including due diligence, negotiations, ongoing management, and compliance.
  • •Design and enforce regional third-party governance frameworks, including controls, documentation standards, and automation, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Monitor the market for new entrants and innovators, maintain a strategically aligned partner pipeline, and represent American Express at industry events.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (client management, product, risk, legal, and technology) to share best practices and influence product features and capabilities.
