Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the end-to-end Partner RFQ workflow from opportunity identification through award decisions and partner feedback.
  • •Analyze engineering drawings, CAD files, and step files to assess manufacturability and define technical requirements.
  • •Evaluate partner capabilities and distribute RFQs with clear specifications; track bids and manage technical/commercial clarifications.
  • •Compare and negotiate partner bids across cost, technical capability, capacity, lead time, quality, and strategic fit to optimize margins.
  • •Maintain bid data and monitor performance KPIs; collaborate to identify bottlenecks and implement RFQ process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or procurement roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, specifically CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication, including tolerances, material selection, and cost drivers.
