Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service by meeting entitlements, setting expectations, and addressing customer needs and arrival times.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment; diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical issues.
  • •Complete administrative duties and required documentation including timesheets, work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance, and installation/site documentation.
  • •Participate in the regional work team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and increase capability across multiple modalities/tools.
  • •Utilize Philips tools/support/escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems within required timeframes, and perform PMs/FCOs and related tasks.
  • •Travel across the specified geography; driving averages 1-4 hours daily and may exceed 50%, with occasional overnight stays and travel by air/train.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment (field or hospital-based).
  • •Apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using necessary tools and test equipment.
  • •Associate Degree in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience (BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred).
  • •Work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations.
  • •Safely work with radiation sources/radioactive materials and follow required PPE and safety requirements.
