Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end implementation of OTL and Absence modules including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • •Configure time entry rules, processing profiles, and approval workflows; manage timecards and schedules.
  • •Design absence types, accrual rules, carryover policies, and manage leave requests and balances.
  • •Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design time tracking and leave management processes.
  • •Ensure integration with Payroll and Core HR and perform SIT/UAT testing.

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management.
  • •Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM modules, identifying fit/gaps and recommending solutions.
  • •Lead end-to-end implementation of OTL and Absence modules including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • •Configure time entry rules, time calculation rules, processing profiles, and approval workflows.
  • •Manage timecards, work schedules, shifts, and overtime calculations ensuring accurate workforce tracking.
