Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end implementation of OTL and Absence modules including configuration, testing, and deployment.
•Configure time entry rules, processing profiles, and approval workflows; manage timecards and schedules.
•Design absence types, accrual rules, carryover policies, and manage leave requests and balances.
•Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design time tracking and leave management processes.
•Ensure integration with Payroll and Core HR and perform SIT/UAT testing.

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management.
•Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM modules, identifying fit/gaps and recommending solutions.
•Lead end-to-end implementation of OTL and Absence modules including configuration, testing, and deployment.
•Configure time entry rules, time calculation rules, processing profiles, and approval workflows.
•Manage timecards, work schedules, shifts, and overtime calculations ensuring accurate workforce tracking.
