Job Summary

Lead finance planning and reporting for the OSCQ Finance organization supporting the SSPS SSBU within the ASDS SBU team. Serve as the financial execution business partner to OSCQ functional leads and program office, managing EVMS/EAC activities, cost/schedule reporting, KPI reporting, and quarterly EAC review preparation. Lead and develop a team of financial professionals and ensure auditable, compliant reporting aligned with Sarbanes-Oxley and EVMS/EAC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of two M4 managers and several analyst team members focused on OSC operational, financial, and program performance metrics.
•Hire, develop, and manage a staff of financial professionals.
•Partner with OSC SSBU Material Program Managers (MPMs) and Program Operations Managers (POMs) and OSC Finance/PMO finance teams to ensure accurate measurement, control, and understanding of reported costs and schedules.
•Prepare data for quarterly EAC review processes and develop analysis supporting monthly OSC KPIs and reviews (PER/MBR/S&OP/S&OE).
•Prepare and maintain financial plans, reports, and historical records; analyze trends and variances; ensure compliance with corporate policies including Sarbanes/Oxley and EVMS/EAC requirements.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years experience.
•Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Estimates at Complete (EAC).
•Experience with APEX, PRISM, and material/labor ETC tools or related tools.
•Experience coordinating and interacting with program management, finance, engineering, operations, supply chain management, mission assurance, and HR.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
