Key Requirements

  • •Proven HVAC installation experience, including team lead/management experience overseeing field teams.
  • •Mechanical Contracting License for Westchester/Rockland/Orange County (coverage into Rockland and/or Putnam County strongly preferred).
  • •EPA Section 608 certification required (NATE certification preferred).
  • •Current Westchester County Home Improvement License.
  • •Ability to read blueprints/schematics and demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC systems (including heat pumps) and building codes/regulations.
