Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and observe the RTD filler machine according to work instructions, standard operations, and procedures.
  • •Maintain the RTD filler machine and tools through autonomous maintenance and conduct 5S.
  • •Control and validate filled bottle quality by ensuring parameters meet requirements.
  • •Run cleaning in place (CIP) for the end-to-end filler machine and sanitation process.
  • •Record daily operational data, analyze/interpret it, and support root-cause analysis with the quality analyst.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to collect, read, and interpret data for analytical tasks.
  • •Technical ability to operate equipment/tools/machines in the RTD line.
  • •Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting patterns.
  • •Minimum general or vocational high school, preferably machine/electrical.
  • •At least 1 year manufacturing experience in consumer goods, preferably beverage factory; basic computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
