Backstage Experience Coordinator- Citizens Live at The Wylie

Coordinate backstage hospitality for touring artists and local production at Citizens Live at The Wylie. You’ll maintain backstage expectations and division-wide goals, handle pre- and post-show readiness, support laundry and supplies, and partner with Production and catering to meet artists’ rider requirements. The role also includes service recap analysis and collaborating on improvements, creating warm, welcoming, memorable backstage experiences throughout the seasonal schedule.
