Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subject-matter technical leadership for due diligence, investigation, remediation, impact assessment, permitting, and substation design/development/construction.
  • •Support Area Lead/Department Manager by contributing to department goals and strengthening client relationships with alliance and utility clients.
  • •Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables; support reporting and proposal development with scope definition and coordination.
  • •Conduct QA/QC reviews for technical deliverables to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with applicable standards.
  • •Perform and direct electrical design across project phases (concept to commissioning), including protection and control systems, studies/calculations, equipment specifications, and mentoring engineers/designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience as an electrical engineer producing design deliverables for capital projects in power generation, transmission, and distribution.
  • •Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
  • •Expertise in electrical engineering principles and infrastructure design, including permitting and project work.
