Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Serve as the key day-to-day client interface for a large-scale data center construction program, owning cost management and change control across multiple projects. Lead change management processes, evaluate and negotiate change orders, maintain cost and contingency registers, and deliver cost analysis, valuations, and monthly reporting. Support dispute avoidance with strong commercial oversight, coordinate cost inputs across design and contractors, and contribute to value engineering and final closeout.
