Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement reliable, scalable, robust, extensible big data systems to support core products and business needs.
  • •Establish solid design and engineering best practices for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Build world-class frontends with usability, accessibility, elegance, performance, and maintainability in mind.
  • •Deliver capabilities across the experimentation lifecycle, including experiment design, creation, metrics calculation, statistical analysis, evaluation, and launch.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive shared goals through rapid iteration and cautious verification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, C++, or related languages.
  • •Strong experience architecting and implementing modern consumer-facing web applications.
  • •Experience driving collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver shared goals.
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills.
