Key Responsibilities

•Own and deliver service delivery improvement programs across data center service lines for year-over-year efficiency.
•Deliver data-driven thought leadership for operational improvement and automate deployment adoption.
•Track complex cross-functional problems and drive actions to support delivery transformation.
•Analyze service level achievements against SLAs and establish baselines to find gaps and opportunities.
•Drive ITSM process efficiency using enterprise IT system and monitoring tool data, including automation identification and implementation.
