Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Partner directly with enterprise customers to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into technical architectures, implementation plans, evaluation strategies, and success criteria.
  • ā€¢Design, build, and deploy AI systems that solve customer problems and produce measurable business outcomes.
  • ā€¢Work hands-on in code to build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, reference implementations, integrations, and production accelerators.
  • ā€¢Make technical decisions across models, agents, retrieval, tools, data, reliability, observability, latency, cost, safety, security, governance, and operational readiness.
  • ā€¢Diagnose complex implementation challenges and drive blockers toward resolution to move prototypes into reliable, sustained production systems.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢Demonstrated track record designing, building, and delivering AI or machine-learning systems in enterprise environments from prototype to production.
  • ā€¢Substantial personal contributions in code, architecture, evaluation, debugging, or production engineering (not only stakeholder management).
  • ā€¢Highly proficient in Python and comfortable across an AI application stack; JavaScript or TypeScript experience is valuable.
