Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the desired profile of potential channel partners and identify/qualify/screen aligned partners.
  • •Drive partner onboarding and activation, ensuring partner teams are enabled to sell, market, deploy, and support Mastercard offerings.
  • •Develop joint business plans with partners (including sales targets) aligned to Mastercard standards and strategy, and manage partner pipeline/forecast reporting.
  • •Lead monthly partner alignment sessions with pipeline reviews, win/loss analysis, and account penetration strategies to create new sales opportunities.
  • •Provide partner and market feedback to internal functions and assist with field marketing activities such as trade shows and sales presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the payments security and data space with familiarity of evolving customer needs and partner landscape.
  • •Experience sourcing, qualifying, screening, and forming channel partner relationships at the CXO level.
  • •Experience managing major customer/partner relationships with transparency, trust, and collaboration.
  • •Strong personal network within the industry.
  • •Experience developing and managing joint business planning with partners.
