Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute business audits across multiple entities and business areas, leading and coaching audit teams.
  • •Lead audit kick-off and closing discussions with auditees and senior management, and prepare closing presentations and final audit reports with management feedback.
  • •Coordinate regional audits performed by local audit teams, provide technical advice, and draft regional reports aggregating local results.
  • •Drive regional harmonisation projects by documenting regional policies and procedures and securing buy-in from local heads of audit.
  • •Act as relationship manager for 3–4 entities, support audit-related quality assurance via regular touchpoints, assist with regional risk assessment, and perform QA reviews on local audit teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business discipline such as Accounting, Finance, or Management.
  • •Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant).
  • •7–10 years of internal/external audit experience, preferably in the financial institution sector (insurance experience advantageous).
  • •Technically strong ability to independently lead and perform audits across multiple audit areas.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in data analytics (TeamMate+ knowledge advantageous).
