Assist experienced Water Bosses and dredging leaders in marine operations supporting dredging and reclamation work. Help lead support vessels, barges, and crew transfer boats; plan, execute, and report on marine tasks such as floating/sinker pipelines and anchors; support maintenance like pipeline thickness measurements; manage jetty and marine logistics; and uphold HSE safety compliance while tracking assets and progress.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in leading and instructing support vessels, barges, and crew transfer boats for marine and dredging operations.
•Plan, execute, and report on marine works such as floating pipelines, sinker pipelines, and anchors with a focus on safety and productivity.
•Support periodic maintenance tasks, including thickness measurement and rotation of marine pipelines to ensure asset longevity.
•Assist with marine logistics for offshore vessels (passenger transfers, material handling, bunkering, freshwater, lubricants, and disposal of used oil) and jetty operations.
•Supervise and ensure safety compliance, enforce HSE requirements, provide progress/incident updates to supervisors, and guide junior staff.

Key Requirements

•Three-year Technical Diploma or Bachelors in a related discipline (or equivalent).
•Minimum 3 years of related work experience in similar industries.
