Key Responsibilities

•Drive sales revenue, margin, and profitability across pure player key accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance and sustainable growth.
•Translate sell-through, retail insights, and market trends into effective assortment strategies, inventory optimization, and in-season actions.
•Lead and execute seasonal Go-To-Market processes, ensuring high-quality delivery across assortments, sell-in, and distribution planning.
•Foster strong cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure aligned execution, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
•Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record in managing pure player key accounts across multi-country or multi-door environments.
•Solid commercial acumen with strong understanding of P&L, revenue drivers, margin management, and budget ownership.
•Proven experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, including assortment planning, distribution, and sell-in cycles.
•Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to optimize sell-through, in-season performance, and inventory health.
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, combined with an agile, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
