Job Summary

Own the strategy and execution of the technology partner program, app marketplace, and strategic embedded partnerships. Define the global partnership roadmap, recruit and negotiate high-value technology alliances, and relaunch/scale the marketplace. Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap and ensure robust APIs and strong developer experience. Lead a global business development team, track KPIs, and drive Partner & Services Revenue growth while improving merchant value and platform stickiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, build, and refine the global technology partnership roadmap aligned to corporate growth objectives.
•Identify, evaluate, prioritize, onboard, and negotiate strategic technology alliances, ISVs, and embedded services providers.
•Influence the product roadmap with partner insights and oversee partnership-driven features and integration standards (governance, security, quality).
•Relaunch and scale the app marketplace and drive continuous improvements to partner experience, documentation, and integration readiness.
•Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global business development team; track partnership performance metrics and KPIs.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in product business development, technology partnerships, and ecosystem building (ideally in SaaS, commerce, or platform companies).
•Proven product-centric leadership and ability to translate executive relationships into joint plans, seamless integrations, and measurable business outcomes.
•Strong understanding of SaaS economics, ecommerce implementations, integration ecosystems, and app marketplaces (experience with payments, embedded services, or agentic platforms is a plus).
•Track record structuring complex, high-value partnership agreements with strong commercial returns.
•Exceptional people leadership skills building and developing global business development teams.
