Key Responsibilities

  • •Support production tasks in departments including Evisceration, Debone, Cut-Up, and Labeling/28-degree Room.
  • •Place meat items in trays and place trays in baskets.
  • •Stack baskets up to 6 ft high and unstack as needed.
  • •Perform trimming, pushing racks, weighing product, and placing product into boxes.
  • •Complete other tasks assigned by management; be prepared for frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, and stooping.
