Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Cross-trained to support sales and service through outbound calling, identifying client needs, and referring opportunities to specialists. Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while adhering to internal controls, risk management, and retail leadership routines.
