Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Later’s PR and communications strategy, aligning press narratives with corporate and product priorities across business lines.
  • •Define proactive PR campaigns and thought-leadership programs to build authority in the creator economy and influencer marketing.
  • •Refine crisis communications protocols and reactive statement processes in partnership with Product, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
  • •Secure earned media coverage by building relationships with tier-1 press and drafting press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, and executive talking points.
  • •Measure performance by setting PR goals, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and media monitoring/share-of-voice reporting against competitors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of PR or communications experience with a track record securing tier 1 coverage in SaaS, marketing technology, or creator economy environments.
  • •Established relationships with tier-1 business, marketing, advertising, agency, and technology press outlets that profile executives and business leaders.
  • •Experience developing and managing crisis communications protocols.
  • •Excellent writing skills to draft press releases, pitches, and executive talking points.
  • •Experience with media monitoring and reporting tools such as Muck Rack, Cision, or Meltwater.
