Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose and fix reported software bugs, coordinating with senior developers or technical experts when required.
  • •Communicate bug-fixing progress to the Customer Success support team, including timeframes, roadblocks, and delays.
  • •Implement code changes for bugs and new features, including writing/updating tests and submitting pull requests for peer review.
  • •Support QA testing and follow due process for releasing changes through environments up to production/GA.
  • •Contribute to new feature projects by analyzing feature components, creating work items (epics/features/user stories/tasks), and completing technical documentation.
