Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Harness CD based on market trends and customer value.
  • •Drive high-impact decisions across ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
  • •Partner with customers on roadmap priorities, manage escalations, and ensure adoption success.
  • •Lead delivery of CD features including Agent deploys, GitOps deploys, and deployments across infrastructures.
  • •Provide hands-on architectural leadership and modernize backend systems using technologies including Kubernetes, Serverless, Azure, AWS, distributed systems, Go, and GCP.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of backend software development experience and 6+ years leading high-performing engineering or DevOps teams.
  • •Experience building and scaling engineering organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • •Strong track record in the software delivery/lifecycle domain with hands-on architectural and design leadership.
  • •Expertise building high-throughput platforms, scalable APIs, and distributed systems.
  • •Familiarity with GCP, Go, and Kubernetes; BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
