Job Summary

Lead the implementation and oversight of the TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) program from an IntraGroup perspective, supporting onboarding and offboarding across Wise entities. Partner with TPRM leadership and Third Party Management teams to maintain service standards, align localized efforts with global policy, and ensure compliance with outsourcing regulations. Own TPRM controls, processes, audits, and continuous improvement, while guiding and mentoring global and regional third-party risk specialists.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the TPRM program in alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations, maintaining and enhancing TPRM framework and policies.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of outsourcing regulations and ensure the TPRM program aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices.
•Develop, maintain, and update TPRM processes and controls, including operational oversight controls and continuous monitoring.
•Coordinate cross-team projects, audits, and inspections related to the TPRM scope.
•Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of third-party risk specialists and align TPRM strategies with Wise’s enterprise risk management and business objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,700 - 5,200 monthly
