Build and grow consumer and business customer relationships in a branch setting by proactively identifying customers’ financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products. Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and drive new business through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, disciplined sales processes, follow-up programs, and referrals. Educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking and maintain knowledge of products, technology, and policies while following risk and regulatory requirements.
