Senior Scientist Product Development – Cream Cheese

Lead R&D product development initiatives for the Canada Cream Cheese and process cheese categories, driving growth and product superiority through innovative solutions. Manage and execute multiple technical projects across varying complexity, translating research findings into meaningful business objectives. Serve as the technical/R&D lead for commercialization, troubleshoot challenges, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor colleagues, and coordinate activities with internal and external manufacturing partners. Includes up to 30% travel.
