•Plan, organize, control, integrate, and complete plant engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and achievement of objectives.
•Manage project phases including technical studies, product design, specifications and technical plans, and product testing.
•Coordinate engineering activities for technical development, scheduling, and resolution of engineering design and test problems.
•Control expenditures and maintain capital budgeting and five-year capital spending plans, including cost/asset/scheduling controls and appropriation requests.
•Ensure compliance with Kraft Heinz Food Safety and Quality (FSQ), safety, and environmental standards, and provide functional/technical support to factories.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (preferred) or at least one year of full-cycle project engineering experience.
•Strong background in mechanical and hydraulic systems, packaging methods, materials, electronics/computer applications, and electrical systems.
•Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, boiler systems, and waste treatment systems.
•Knowledge of SAP (preferred) or a CMMS system, and ability to use AutoCAD (preferred).
•Ability to communicate effectively and interpret technical procedures, regulations, and written/oral instructions.
