Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor MEP systems and services to ensure optimum operational performance and minimal downtime.
  • •Supervise contractors, suppliers, and service providers to deliver engineering services safely and efficiently in line with standards.
  • •Oversee planning and execution of preventive maintenance programmes to maximize asset performance and lifecycle efficiency.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections, technical audits, and quality assessments to ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management supporting MEP operations and maintenance.
  • •Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and building services infrastructure.
  • •Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and service providers in a facilities management environment.
  • •Good understanding of building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes and regulations, including HSE standards and safe working practices.
