Key Responsibilities

  • •Developing a deep understanding of Marshmallow’s quote, policy and claims data and use this to derive insights that can be used to enhance our pricing.
  • •Owning one of the strategic initiatives of the pricing team, such as supporting our expansion plans or protecting our renewing customers.
  • •Communicating & getting buy-in for your plans to heads of & directors cross functionally.
  • •Conducting claims analysis and claims modelling using SQL and Python.
  • •Conducting price optimisation analysis/modelling using Python.
