Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide postpartum doula care to insured families in Loula’s network.
  • •Submit an interest form and complete screening to move forward in the partnership process.
  • •Use Loula’s client referral/doula matching program to connect with insured clients.
  • •Complete required trainings/credentials supported by Loula (as applicable) including HIPAA and CPR.
  • •Operate as an independent contractor within a non-exclusive network while Loula handles insurance and admin support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation, OR 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training and attendance at 3 births as a doula.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR/HIPAA/liability or the recommendation letters, you may still reach out for support.
