Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Salesforce migration engagements from kickoff through successful go-live, serving as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for a migration pod. Partner with account teams and Sales to align migration goals with customer business strategy, drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits for faster discovery and data mapping, and provide technical leadership during migration incidents. Serve as a subject matter expert across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements, owning technical delivery, project health, and successful go-live outcomes.
•Align migration goals with customer business strategy, renewal, and expansion objectives in partnership with account teams and Sales leadership.
•Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits to accelerate discovery, data mapping, and code conversion while maintaining delivery accountability.
•Serve as subject matter expert in at least one domain (Marketing Cloud, Data 360/Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau).
•Act as technical point of contact during major migration incidents and provide release recommendations for performance and stability.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting, focused on large-scale platform migrations.
•Deep hands-on expertise in one or more: Marketing Cloud (Engagement/Intelligence), Data 360 (Data Cloud), Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), or Tableau.
•Demonstrated ability to drive business value and facilitate technical discussions with complex stakeholders.
•Ability to translate complex technical architectures into business-friendly language and guide customers through data transformations.
•Proven experience working with global or offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC) to accelerate delivery.
