Key Responsibilities

•Double down on the highest-ROI acquisition paths within search and social, scaling what drives enrollment.
•Build AI-powered marketing systems to automate repetitive workflows like creative testing, email sequencing, SEO content generation, and reporting.
•Create an SEO long-term growth engine grounded in how prospective students search, ranking and converting over time.
•Identify and develop co-marketing and distribution channel partnerships to reach the target demographic.
•Operate as the primary accountable owner for acquisition, running tests, shipping, and iterating based on attribution data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience with deep expertise in at least one core channel (paid search, SEO, or channel/field marketing).
•Proven track record owning campaigns end-to-end (strategy, creative, execution, analysis), not just managing agencies or writing copy.
•Demonstrated ability to build AI-powered marketing workflows that automate how you operate, with concrete examples.
•Experience taking a project from 0 to 1 (founder, first marketing hire, or independent build).
•Strong analytical ability, including building attribution models and turning metrics into decisions.
