Counter Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted counter sales advisor to plumbing and HVAC contractor customers by proactively engaging them in person, by phone, and via email. Use product knowledge to recommend options, drive upsell and cross-sell, and provide accurate parts information using catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases. Process transactions, manage special orders and follow-ups, support inventory activities, and help maintain a safe, organized counter environment.
