Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage ODM/OEM partner customer programs, ensuring requirements are identified early and aligned with internal development programs.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional program teams and clarify customer requirements and priorities to enable planning and prioritization with AMD core teams.
  • •Track program deliverables, maintain overall schedules highlighting milestones, critical risks, and timeliness of major outcomes.
  • •Report progress and customer issues to executive and internal stakeholders from inception through production and manage roll-in of account deliverables to product programs.
  • •Coordinate execution of product changes (ECNs, BOM, security updates) and manage customer meetings/calls, documenting and distributing action items and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering.
  • •Formal project management education, including PMP certification.
  • •Advanced experience in a technical program management role or a similar customer support role.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise operating systems, device drivers, ROCm, firmware, and BIOS.
  • •Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills with strong written, verbal, and negotiating communication skills.
