Job Summary

Lead day-to-day broking for Financial Institutions business across Lloyd’s and the Company Markets from Aon’s Global Broking Centre. Own placement execution, risk reviews, underwriting presentations, and draft/final MRC reviews, while building relationships with insured networks and insurers. Work with Senior Broker/Broking Directors, delegate to junior brokers, support RFP processes, and provide benchmarking and placement advice to networks and clients, ensuring KPI completion and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to placement strategy development and execute in line with agreed instructions for Financial Institutions business.
•Work with Senior Broker/Broking Directors on larger accounts, including risk reviews and preparation of underwriting presentations.
•Manage relationships between insured/network and the Global Broking Centre, including hosting clients in London.
•Lead account broking and follow market broking by territory and London Market insurer positioning; review draft and final MRCs.
•Run the file end-to-end using electronic placing platforms, ensure KPIs and data capture are completed, and support RFP processes when needed.

Key Requirements

•Experience gained within the insurance industry at either a broker or insurer.
•Technical insurance knowledge across Financial Lines products.
•Sound understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes.
•Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service.
•Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation.
