Mechanic Lead

Repair and maintain industrial production and processing equipment while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Diagnose faults using computerized diagnostic and calibration tools, perform preventive maintenance, and document all work. Reassemble and test machinery to verify repairs against manufacturer specifications. Lead and mentor maintenance staff and less experienced mechanics through hands-on training and technical support, coordinating workflow and prioritizing repairs during high-demand periods.
