Job Summary

Create high-quality proposal graphics, presentations, and business development visuals that clearly communicate complex ideas and strengthen proposal submissions. Collaborate with proposal managers, writers, subject matter experts, and pursuit teams to develop persuasive illustrations, charts, diagrams, and cover concepts. Refine designs based on feedback, ensure brand consistency, convert print collateral for digital use, and maintain reusable assets in the graphics repository while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop graphic content for proposal deliverables including illustrations, icons, maps, organization charts, process flows, and cover concepts.
•Prepare charts, graphs, and 2D/3D diagrams from sketches, models, written/verbal direction, and/or engineering drawings.
•Collaborate with proposal managers, account owners, sellers, technical architects, and internal customers to create persuasive graphics and presentations.
•Review and refine graphics based on feedback to meet client and internal standards.
•Ensure graphics follow brand guidelines and convert print collateral into best digital formats for electronic distribution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in sales support or marketing).
•4+ years of experience within an IT/ITeS organization.
•Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Firefly, Express, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other AI tools.
•Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook) and SharePoint.
