Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate art direction into high-end world and prop materials that meet visual and technical requirements.
  • •Lead and manage the world material team to ensure consistency and quality across assets.
  • •Define, maintain, and evolve scalable material pipelines, workflows, and best practices.
  • •Create and oversee surface materials, tiling systems, and modular shader approaches.
