Job Summary

Lead Emerson’s North America Measurement Solutions field service team, supporting and guiding technicians to deliver safe, on-time measurement services with excellence. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, drive quality and continuous improvement, and develop business plans to grow service offerings. Partner with the sales channel and Impact Partner network to pursue new opportunities, while owning talent management, including hiring, development, and inclusion in the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Champion Environmental, Health, and Safety practices and ensure direct reports are trained and follow required policies and procedures.
•Ensure field technicians are trained, certified, and maintain technical proficiencies aligned to local market needs.
•Develop and execute business plans to grow the field services team’s service offerings and capacity.
•Own daily operations including dispatch schedules, work assignments, and clear communication with coordination across regional leaders.
•Drive talent management and collaborate with the Emerson sales channel and Impact Partner network to explore new business opportunities.
