Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
  • •In partnership with the leadership team, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action plans focusing on growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
  • •Educate guests and staff on our product, community and culture; align with Store Leadership on daily schedule and store goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • •Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and education on products, community and culture.
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift.
  • •Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results, and ability to work well in a team.
  • •Proof of right to live and work in the country from start of employment.
