Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects.
  • •According to annual performance management cycle outputs. Responsible for the annual training need analysis
  • •Responsible for communicating the annual training plan to the organization’s employees and their line managers.
  • •Responsible for maintaining the records of the employees’ scholarships
  • •Responsible for implementing the developmental and feedback assessments
  • •Responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual Human Capital Reports
  • •Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equative.
  • •0-2 Years’ experience in the same field.
  • •Languages: Arabic and English professional proficiency.
