Job Summary

Maintain and repair complex heavy equipment and aerial lifts at an onsite yard, using laptops/tablets and EquipmentShare’s tech to create work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues. Order parts, complete accurate work documentation, and support equipment pickup/delivery. Assist with training lower-level technicians and follow safe job practices, with year-round OEM training and overtime after 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
•Diagnose equipment issues and determine root cause and corrective action using real-time data from multiple makes and models.
•Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
•Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
•Assist with training lower-level technicians and support pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.
